Dowling Gardens is an independent living residential community for senior citizens established to provide a living environment that fosters independence and is adaptable to the aging process. Dowling Gardens contains 111 one-bedroom apartments in a three-story building. It is fully accessible to the mobility impaired. It offers a variety of amenities and services to accommodate the needs of residents including a dining room serving a daily, sit down dinner with choice of menu; optional weekly housekeeping; scheduled transportation to shopping; and a variety of activities. Dowling Gardens is not a licensed assisted living or medical facility.
