Seton Village, nestled in a wooded residential area of Nanuet, offers affordable, secure homes serving persons age 55 and over. The 106 spacious apartments, each measuring over 600 square feet, are distributed among three two story buildings with elevators on a 14-acre campus. Apartments include a living room/dining room area, a kitchen, a bedroom and a full bathroom. All of the apartments are handicapped accessible with six designed specifically for those with physical disabilities.
