Established in 2019, Vincent’s Village is the most recently completed new-construction building in our portfolio. Located in Nanuet, it consists of 93 units of 1 and 2 bedrooms. Vincent’s Village is LEED Gold Certified and won an award for best Affordable Project in LEEDs Certification contest. Every apartment is affordable and reserved for individuals over the age of 55, and 35 units are reserved for those with additional supportive needs.
